Project Description
The project aimed to use the revitalisation of The Epiphany of Our Lord Chapel in Sham Chung as a starting point for exploring the relationship between nature, ecology, and human, as well as how the nature restores itself. It aimed to inspire the new generation to return and explore the possibility of sustainable village life in Sham Chung, and served as a role model for the readaptation of village type development in remote countryside. By showcasing the rich ecological and cultural resources of Sham Chung, the project sought to attract old villagers to share their stories and gather visions for the future from various sectors of society.
