Project Description

Among the coastal Hakka settlements in the "Sha Tau Kok 10 Yeuk", Nam Chung, Luk Keng, Fung Hang and Kuk Po have preserved numerous traditional buildings. These buildings integrate and interact with the surrounding environment, which gives rise to the distinctive landscape and ecological system.

This project researched the 4 abovementioned Hakka villages, with a focus on Kuk Po's traditional architecture, landscape and social culture.
