Stakeholder Engagement

The project organisation held several seminars and field trips to help the public and professionals understand the geography, infrastructure, culinary culture, and layout of the villages. Through these activities, the organisation highlighted the importance of licensed restaurants to relevant stakeholders and also learnt about villagers' concerns, the investment costs of obtaining licences, licensing requirements, and other related issues. Ultimately, after these activities, four villagers expressed interest to apply for food business licences.
