Local and Overseas Successful Cases

The project organisation conducted case studies on licensed food business premises in countryside areas of Hong Kong and overseas to understand the similar areas with the four cases in the project and make reference. The organisation analysed these study cases to learn about their edges and limitations from multiple perspectives, aiming to identify the key factors and processes for successfully obtaining licences. The findings were compiled into a research report for reference.
