"Fishpond to Table"

By drawing on food tasting experience, the project organisation was leading participants to understand Hong Kong's pond fish and their origin, and experience "Fishpond to Table", allowing participants to learn about the pond fish farming industry in Hong Kong and the role of local fishpond operators in sustainable development. Activities include: "Hand-made fish ball experience", "Pondside fish cooking", allowing participants to learn with delicious food.
