Conservation of bird

Fish ponds are important breeding grounds for birds, and waterbirds would sometimes build nests in fish pond area. The project organisation provides subsidies to encourage fishpond operators to find and protect waterbird nests within fish ponds. This not only enhances fishpond operators' awareness of protecting waterbird nests, but also protects waterbird breeding grounds. On the other hand, by collecting data on the number of nests built by waterbirds, the number of eggs, and the location of fish ponds, the project organisation can understand the breeding behaviour of waterbirds, which can serve as a reference for bird conservation.
