The project team has hosted a public forum in the Lai Chi Wo plaza as a highlight event of the tourism festival. Participants shared their visions on the future development of the villages with the project coordinator Prof. He Shenjing and co-investigator Dr. Tang Siu Sing. The response was enthusiastic, providing valuable feedback from diverse sectors. The guests included village representatives from Hing Chun Yeuk Villages, as well as various stakeholders and scholars involved in countryside conservation, who generously shared their insights about village revival from their past experiences in rural development and expressed their enthusiasm to attract a new generation capable of providing talent and vitality for village revitalisation.
