Recultivation of Abandoned Farmland
The project organisation has successfully rehabilitated farmland that had been abandoned for nearly half a century, planted a variety of organic crops, including salt-tolerant rice, and experimented the planting of local rice species Fa Yiu Tsai, to recreate the traditional lifestyle in the Sai Wan area.
