Project Outcome
The team held several activities during the project, including the Children's Play Theatre, Bamboo Playground and children's theatre workshop. The team also produced promotional materials such as the "Lai Chi WOW!" music video series and AR-guided mobile apps that allow the public to understand the history, culture and natural ecology of Lai Chi Wo.
The team performed ten shows at the Children's Play Theatre, attracting some 500 audiences to Lai Chi Wo over two days. The four music videos - "The Four Mascots and Village History", " The Twenty-four Solar Terms", "The Story of Rice" and "Let's Farm Together Lai Chi WOW" were viewed online for some 700,000 times during the project period.
The project received a positive response from the audience, with over 95% agreeing that it "deepened their understanding of the rural ecology" and "allowed them to understand the history and culture of Lai Chi Wo." They expressed hope for more similar activities in the future.
