Project Plum Grove II: The Story of Community Engagement

The project team organised a wide range of engagement activities which included workshops, sharing sessions and recruitment of volunteers, to get the general public involved in the project implementation and strengthen the sense of community in Mui Tsz Lam. For example, during the restoration of the Old House, volunteers were invited to assist in the general housekeeping of the Old House and the village, and students from the Hong Kong Construction Institute in the flooring works at the patio next to the house.
