Planning Application

The proposed use under the licence application should be in compliance with statutory plans. Since the potential food business premises participating in this project are not regarded as "New Territories Exempted Houses", planning permission for the food business use is required according to the provisions of the Outline Zoning Plan for Lai Chi Wo village. In this connection, the project organisation submitted a planning application to the Town Planning Board, detailing the justifications for the application in the planning application form.
