Project Plum Grove II: Management and Operation Strategies of the Village Community Hub

The project began recruiting volunteers in July 2024. During the trial operation period, it organised guided tours, communal dining, art projects, and other activities in collaboration with various non-profit organisations to develop and test the long-term operational model of the “Mui Tsz Lam Commons”.
