Local pond fish farming industry and fishpond ecology

The project organisation promotes the local pond fish farming industry and fishpond ecology to the public through carnival workshops and guided eco-tours, and raises public awareness and concern for fishpond ecological conservation. Activities include: "New Year's Eve Workshop - Handmade Dried Grey Mullet Overnight", "Public Guided Walking Tour in Chinese New Year at Fishponds for Good Luck" and "Love for Fish Donation Scheme 2023".
