Local pond fish farming industry and fish pond ecology

The project organisation promotes the local pond fish farming industry and fish pond ecology to the public through carnival workshops and guided eco-tours, and raises public awareness and concern for fish pond ecological conservation. Activities include: "New Year's Eve Workshop - Handmade Dried Grey Mullet Overnight", "Public Guided Walking Tour in Chinese New Year at Fish Ponds for Good Luck" and "Love for Fish Donation Scheme 2023".
