Lai Chi Wo Guided Tours

The project organisation arranged various public engagement activities, including workshops and guided tours, to introduce the Hakka history, culture and construction techniques to the public. During the project period, the project organisation regularly organised guided tours to the public to present the history of Lai Chi Wo and the restoration works on the Pailou and the old water well. During the tours, the docents led the visitors to explore Siu Ying School, Hakka Village House, the restored Pailous and the water well etc., allowing them to gain a comprehensive understanding of the history and architecture of Lai Chi Wo.
