BioBlitz at Lai Chi Wo

The "BioBlitz at Lai Chi Wo" programme successfully engaged participants in exploring and documenting the rich biodiversity of Lai Chi Wo. Participants uploaded photos of the wildlife they encountered to iNaturalist, contributing to the local nature database. The event recorded 270 observations of 178 species, with insects making up 68.54% of the records and plants 9.55%. The programme encouraged community involvement in ecological conservation and provided an opportunity to discover the diverse flora and fauna of the area.
