Afterwords of Tourism Innovator - Tourism Innovation Possibility - Winter Flavours in Hong Kong’s Countryside

The Sustainable Tourism Experiment in Yan Chau Tong recruited twenty enthusiastic "Tourism Innovators" who are passionate about rural revitalisation and sustainable tourism development. They play a crucial role in this project - bringing young people from different backgrounds, skills, and expertise together to collaborate with villagers in creating sustainable tourism innovative solutions that meet local needs and carrying capacities, showcasing the rich cultural and natural resources of the Yan Chau Tong area. They will work hand in hand with Tourism Innovation Studio, leveraging their strengths, adding innovative perspectives, envisioning "co-creation, co-benefits, coexistence" promoting urban-rural interaction, achieving mutual symbiosis, and adding new scenery to Hong Kong's tourism industry. In December 2023, the project organisation organised the Winter Flavours in Hong Kong's countryside, which of course also involved Tourism Innovators.
