Fung Yuen

Located on the outskirts of Tai Po, Fung Yuen is a famous butterfly viewing spot in Hong Kong and Asia. As early as 1980, about 42 hectares of Fung Yuen were listed as a "Site of Special Scientific Interest" with great conservation value. According to statistics, over 200 species of butterflies have been found in Fung Yuen, accounting for 90% of the butterfly species in Hong Kong. More than 130 species of butterflies are uncommon/rare/very rare butterflies in Hong Kong.

How To Get There

1 | Minibus |

• Take green minibus No. 20M from Tai Po Centre, or green minibus No. 20P from to Tai Po Market MTR Station to Fung Yuen Village

2 | Bus + Walking|

• Take KMB Route No. 73 or 74K from Tai Po Market Station to Fung Yuen Road Station, then walk for about 5 minutes to Fung Yuen
