"Third Party Certification" in the checking of existing Septic Tank and Soakaway System (STS) has been in place with immediate effect to facilitate guesthouse and food business licence application in the remote countryside areas. The Authorized Persons is allowed to ascertain the existing STS is in good working order in terms of its performance and capacity for the purpose of satisfying the licensing requirements of the relevant authorities.
